Braithwait is a local agent with an outstanding history and a unique brand that totally devoted to Maida Vale. Established in 2006, Braithwait Estate Agents is the vision behind the life long dream of Stuart Wigg and Catherine Braithwaite, to create a unique and distinctive agency in heart of Little Venice and Maida Vale.

The Braithwaite name has been associated with Little Venice since 1808 when the Braithwaite family resided in the Old Manor House, whose grounds covered all of what is now Sutherland Avenue up to the Harrow Road.

With its founding member Stuart’s extensive previous experience within West London’s property and construction industries, together with Catherine’s background as a prominent London antique dealer, author and longstanding local resident, the pair were fully equipped with extensive local knowledge, contacts and expertise to put their exciting new business plans into practice.

Our founding principles are infused in every action that we make, our clients are our highest priority and are at the core of the brand’s strategy.
